As a naturopathic nutritionist I use functional medicine which is a personalised medicine focusing on primary prevention, identification and treatment of the underlying cause rather than masking the symptoms of serious chronic disease.

The following principles apply:

• Biochemical individuality - we believe that each person has variations in metabolic function that derives from genetic and environmental factors.

I offer diagnostic testing to help identify the drivers at the route of the proble causing the symptoms within the body. I will then treat with a naturopathic diet tailored to the individual, whilst impartially advising which high strength supplements could be most appropriate to treat the respective condition.  All efforts are with a view to re-establishing optimal cell function which ultimately will assist in bringing the individual back to optimal health and making the person feel better or more energised.
